Hello…

My name is Stefanie Husted Sankey. I consider myself to be a native Texan even though the first several years of my life were spent on the road (my father was a musician) before settling in San Antonio. I lived in a few other states as an adult, as well, before transplanting myself in the North (I have always had a sense of adventure). Jesus Christ radically transformed my life in 1994, and it has been an even greater adventure ever since!

I am married, with 3 adult children (2 of them homeschooled all the way through) and 6 grandchildren. I am currently teaching part-time in a Christian school and my passions are numerous and varied. They include studying the Bible and leading women’s bible studies, nature (God’s creation), writing original articles and poetry, travel (especially road trips – I hate planes – though I’ve been on quite a few – scaaary) and general thoughts on what God has to say about living this crazy, unpredictable life. So you will see a variety of topics discussed on this site because it is, after all, my site, and I get to express my opinions. Ta da!!
